FUTURE ALIGNMENT PROCESS



To be done on all staff every day and on all clients who have had regained abilities, and after each successful completion of each major procedure.


	“Tell me an ability you have regained.”


1.	“How could you implement the (named ability) to help another or others?"

	Repeat over and over to Cause Indicators.


2.	“How could another or others implement the (named ability) to help you?"

	Repeat over and over to Cause Indicators.


3.	“How could another or others implement the (named ability) to help others?"

	Repeat over and over to Cause Indicators.


4.	“How could you implement the (named ability) to help yourself?"

	Repeat over and over to Cause Indicators.


Repeat 1 - 4 on each regained ability.


The product of this procedure is a person who can implement the abilities they have regained from training and processing to help create expanding futures for self and others.
