Who is this for?

This entire Ruds module is basically for people who are already familiar with terms like ARC Break, Missed Withhold, and L1C.

Understanding and getting familiar with the terminology merely to be able to use this module is probably not worth the effort.

Rub & Yawn

Rub & Yawn is not native to the field where Rudiments and the L1C come from. So although there is a note on most of the session pages saying "Add in Rub & Yawn if you wish," there is no specific instruction to do so.
