Again, we're trying to spot and release the charge from the exact moments when the withhold got restimulated, when it got missed. So a cat can "miss" it. A dog. Even an inanimate object like a chair. It isn't that the chair knows about the withhold, but the fact that the chair reminded you of the withhold. That's a "miss."
