The End Point used for a BasicR3X PaulsRobot session:

At the end of a BasicR3X session, one should feel calm, peaceful, expansive, with no more change occurring with regard to what one has been running in session. There may or may not have been realization(s) about the subject covered. One does not have to completely finished with the subject, but one should at least finish off running a particular incident.

Don't overdo it

Try not to run a BasicR3X session much beyond an hour at a time as it can get quite tiring.
