Regular-type realization

Very good. Write down the time and your realization. Say it out loud too if you wish. The session is usually continued until no more change is available with the items being run, and you feel good.

Wowza! Blown-out-of-your-mind kind of realization

Sometimes one is just too blown out to continue (it's good). Note something appropriate on the report (including the time!) and click End session now please.
