Notes:STAND UP! Really!Urgently contact the real-life things around you before you fall asleep. Rub things vigorously! Stretch. Keep moving. Rub your hands together, rub your arms and legs, your chest and back. Squeeze the chair, the table. Keep moving. Mark each yawn with a "y" or a vertical stroke on your worksheet. Keep rubbing until you can rub hard for sixty seconds by the clock with no yawns or other discharges coming off and you feel wide awake again. Then close out this extra window and continue on with what you were doing before. |
