Notes:
This Core module contains the core aspect of several of the PaulsRobot modules, the Rub & Yawn 6-Direction General Procedure, surprisingly effective at discharging a wide range of stressful topics. It also includes the Reach & Withdraw variation, useful:
- as an easy introduction to PaulsRobot, and
- for gently discharging things, including traumatic topics that one can hardly bear to even think of.
