Dex giving a session

Ush2: Quick Else

AUDIO: "First of all, as with any processing, you should be prepared for the processing. Which means, in general terms, you should be in a state of complete readiness. You should have had enough food to eat. You should have had enough sleep, not have had any drugs, alcohol, medications etcetera recently enough or in enough amount that it would have any effect or impact on your consciousness. Processing greatly depends on being able to perceive or create mental images, and these things are diminished by anything that would affect your consciousness. You should be sitting comfortably, have your glass of water or cup of coffee or whatever you like nearby. You should have complete privacy, cell-phone turned off, no distractions and all ready to go."

Notes:

Audio
Most people find it helps to have the audio on, as it makes it seem more like a regular session.

Audio tweaks
If you heard the audio for this page as it opened, then your computer sound seems to be working fine. You might want to tweak the volume a bit and maybe check it by reloading/refreshing this page.

If you heard nothing, then fix it before continuing. Change your browser, plug in the headphones etc., or adjust the controls via Sound in Control Panel or whatever your computer has.

If you heard the audio but there was a noticeable delay, you could try [Warning: read the whole of this point first!] an audio dump. This will play all the audio clips in this module at once, which will put all the files into your browser cache upfront, which may help. It will also be LOUD.

There is one audio dump page. It should start playing as soon as you click the audio dump link. Close the window afterwards. Dump

The text of the full original memo is available here. The original USH 2.0 memo is here.

Authentic versions

The latest authentic version of the entire 4000+ pages of PaulsRobot3 is available free of charge in a single zip file from http://paulsrobot3.com/1st/downloads.htm. It also all runs live (although the sound will suffer delays) at PaulsRobot3.com for now. Check if there is any doubt.

Browsers

PaulsRobot3 modules work well with most modern desktop/laptop browsers.

Set-up your screen

This page is the quick option that assumes you are familiar with the session set-up procedure and bypasses all those details. In case you skimped on this and are just winging it (not recommended at all but it happens), make sure you have this PaulsRobot window reduced to the right two-thirds or three-quarters of your computer screen and a text editor like Notepad open in another window in the left one-third or one-quarter of your computer screen. Alternatively, keep notes with pen and paper.

Set-up yourself; worksheet

Copy and paste the text in the "Write on Report" section into your text file in Notepad (or wherever), and make appropriate changes to the text such as your name, the date and time, and your topic. Really check all those listed points like "Well-rested?" against your current condition. If any of those seven "?" points are really Not OK, i.e., you are actually tired or hungry or not willing to follow the session instructions etc., then the session is likely to fail for that reason alone. If you want to check the full "sessionable" points, they will open up in a new window.

Save file

Save the text file! Maybe put it in a folder called "My PaulsRobot Sessions" and call the text file by the date and module, like "20190829_core" so the files will sort into date order. If it is the second session of the day maybe "20190829b_core." Save it occasionally throughout the session.

Overall

These "Else?" points are about things that must be done right now in the outside world, and if you don't get one done your attention will be on it and not on the session.
