Notes:

Withdraw

"Withdraw from your loved one" means sort of mentally draw back from your loved one. There are two ways you can do this, and it is up to you how you do it each time:
  • You can draw back but keep your attention somewhat on your loved one, being receptive to any incoming communication.
  • Or you can take your attention off your loved one, putting it elsewhere or on nothing in particular if you prefer.

When you have done this, say something aloud, at least "Yes." Mark the worksheet when you have executed the command.

Other contact procedures

You can change among these seven contact techniques whenever you wish, but give one a chance to work before moving on.
