AUDIO: "Fair enough. You say OK to that hello."

Response Options:

Going OK

I said OK to that hello - let's keep going with this

Let's try another contact process

Other

Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

Write on Report:

The name of the contact procedure
The time at the start of this procedure
When you have executed a command, or set of commands
Any comments as appropriate
For example:

6:18 pm
Poke and Receive
//// //// ///ooh, felt something there //

Notes:

Hello and OK

Acknowledge the imagined communication from your loved one as if it had been real. The OK is usually spoken aloud. Do it with the intention that your "OK" be received by your loved one. The idea is that after a while, with "the line greased" a real communication will replace the imaginary one.

Say something aloud when you have executed the command, whether it is the spoken "OK", or a spoken "yes" or something to signify you have executed the command. Mark your worksheet each time you execute the command or group of four commands.

Other contact procedures

You can change among these seven contact techniques whenever you wish, but give one a chance to work before moving on.
