Notes:

Rub & Yawn when needed as usual

Point out an object

Point at some visible object, preferably large and solid, with your finger or pen. Notice some of its details.

Respond to commands aloud

Speak! Give the appropriate responses aloud, such as Yes! or the lamp over there.

Try another one

If 5-10 commands of one procedure doesn't work well for you, try another one.

Run a good one until flat

Run the procedure(s) until flat, i.e. no more change, and you are fully back in the here and now.
