Spot an object

Here, spot means notice and recognise for what it is. These are real-life objects that you could reach over and touch, not mental ideas.

Respond to commands aloud

Speak! Give the appropriate responses aloud, such as Yes! or the lamp over there.

Try another one

If 5-10 commands of one procedure doesn't work well for you, try another one.

Run a good one until flat

Run the procedure(s) until flat, i.e. no more change, and you are fully back in the here and now.
