You gotta be kidding!
Notes
PaulsRobot is designed mostly for individuals to act as their own session supervisor, unless there is a professional available who is trained specifically in this stuff. It is usually a bad idea to decide mid-session on a new session plan for the ongoing session. End the session first, take a breather, then work out what to do in the next session.
Here are some example session plans. You don't have to stick to these, but it might be advisable, at least to begin with.
Example session plan #1
- Ensure you're ready for the session, with enough food, sleep, not under the influence, and enough time available in a location where you won't get disturbed by the kids, pets, telephone etc.
- Follow the instructions for the session procedure exactly as given, including the notes on the right-hand side of the session pages.
- Start with Process #1. Do Processes #1, 2 and 3 (if all going well), just to get your feet wet.
- Click on the relevant links and write the relevant session-ending information on the session report you have been writing throughout the session. End off the session through the "End of Session" screen and the after-session screen after that — don't just sloppily abandon it without closing the session properly.

Notes (continued):
Example session plan #2
(Points 1,2 and 4 of the first session plan above are understood to apply to each session plan that you do)
- Continue with the processes of the Grade in sequence, assuming all going well.
Example session plan #3
(Points 1,2 and 4 of the first session plan above are understood to apply to each session plan that you do)
- Lightly skim over the processes you did (in sequence) years ago to see if there is more on them now. If so, then do more. If not, don't.
Example session plan #4
(Points 1,2 and 4 of the first session plan above are understood to apply to each session plan that you do)
- Skip the "Expanded" part of Grade 0 and merely do the main Grade process, #15, and its havingness process, #16.
Example session plan #5
(Points 1, 2 and 4 of the first session plan above are understood to apply to each session plan that you do)
- Follow the instructions in the troubleshooting section:
- Do the out-of-session steps first,
- then if needed do the first type of session,
- and then if needed do the second type of session.
