Notes:

Multiple misses

There can be dozens of misses for one withhold, including maybe a whole chain of similar instances. For example, perhaps you embezzled some money from your employer, and every morning when you saw him for the next five years you sort of died a little inside.

Might take a while to discharge

It might take thirty minutes of spotting smushed-together moments and continuous laughter to release the charge from something like that — just allow the release to happen naturally and don't try to suppress it "to do something more important."
