Overall Procedure

These actions are designed to be run through in sequence from Step 1 to Step 6. The different steps are linked here in case you are picking up where you left off incomplete last session.

Step 1

Articulate or describe, as exactly as you can, the unpleasant sensation, feeling, mood or pain. Stating or pointing to where it is located also helps.

Step 2

  1. "What part of (named sensation/mood/pain item) are you willing to experience?"
  2. "What part of (item) would you rather not experience?"
  3. "From where could a godlike spiritual being experience (item)?"
  4. "How does experiencing (item) seem to you now?"
Alternate these questions a-b-c-d-a-b- etc. until you have had a win or are free from the sensation, or there is no more change happening (though the sensation/mood/pain should have diminished). If it is still changing, for example if the sensation/mood/pain is still diminishing, continue with this step a-b-c-d-a-b- etc until there is no more change.

Step 3

  1. "What part of (item) are you willing to create?"
  2. "What part of (item) would you rather not create?"
  3. "From where could a godlike spiritual being create (item)?"
  4. "How does creating (item) seem to you now?"

Step 4

  1. "What part of (item) are you willing to have an attraction for?"
  2. "What part of (item) would you rather not have an attraction for?"
  3. "From where could a godlike spiritual being have an attraction for (item)?"
  4. "How does having an attraction for (item) seem to you now?"
Alternate these questions until flat. This is particularly effective and important with items recognized as having a "craving" or "addiction" aspect. If your item is still changing, for example if the sensation/mood/pain is still diminishing, continue with this step a-b-c-d-a-b- etc until there is no more change.

Step 5

  1. "What part of (item) are you willing to create an attraction for?"
  2. "What part of (item) would you rather not create an attraction for?"
  3. "From where could a godlike spiritual being create an attraction for (item)?"
  4. "How does creating an attraction for (item) seem to you now?"
Alternate these questions until flat. You should be able to have complete power of choice over creating or not creating the item, and be able to correctly evaluate whether or not you should create the item. If your item is still changing, for example if the sensation/mood/pain is still diminishing, continue with this step a-b-c-d-a-b- etc until there is no more change.

Step 6

  1. "Is there a positive ability or state of being relating to this area that you would like to create and experience?"
  2. "Envision this for yourself, as a 3-dimensional reality, and get the idea of how good it feels."
  3. "Tell me about that."
  4. "Effortlessly create that item, in full dimension and sufficient degree and volume for it to completely permeate your space and your beingness as expansive as that is. Have it do so and fully experience it."
  5. [Conditional if negative effects turn on:] "How does it seem to you now?" Repeat newly each time this detailed inspection and out-loud description until negative effects gone.
"Now we will end the session and continue to allow this to fully unfold for you. Take as long as it takes, give yourself the time and space and complete this process, such as it is, after the session. Allow it to fully unfold."
