You gotta be kidding!

Notes:

PaulsRobot is designed mostly for individuals to act as their own session supervisor, unless there is a professional available who is trained specifically in these procedures. It is usually a bad idea to decide mid-session on a new session plan for the ongoing session. End the session first, take a breather, then work out what to do in the next session.

Here are some sample session plans. You don't have to stick to these, but it might be advisable, at least to begin with. You don't have to do them in the sequence 1, 2, 3, 4.

Example session plan #1

  1. Ensure you're ready for the session, with enough food, sleep, not under the influence, and enough time available in a location where you won't get disturbed by the kids, pets, telephone etc.
  2. Follow the instructions exactly as given, and end off the session at a good point per the ColorBreathing Session End Point page.
  3. If you have attention on something like a recent upset or problem or something bad you did, address this with the appropriate PaulsRobot module, maybe Core or HeavyDuty, and return to this ColorBreathing module later when you're feeling better.
  4. Start with the color red, and do the breathing and feeling and imagining exactly per the instructions on the three red screens. Then repeat the three screens. And again, continuing to do the normal Rub & Yawn procedure at the same time. After these three times through, or maybe five, go on to the next color, even if red does not feel flat.
  5. Go on to the next default color, orange. Do the same as for red. Repeat as before until you have done this 3-5 times.
  6. Repeat for the next default color, and the next, and so on until you have gone through all the listed colors.
  7. Repeat as long as you wish.
  8. End off the session when you feel great, aren't getting off any more yawns and don't feel like doing more at the time.

Example session plan #2

[Points 1 and 2 of session plan #1 above are understood to apply to each normal session plan that you do]
  1. Follow the basic procedure as above, but pick up where you left off in your last session.

Notes (continued):

Example session plan #3

[Points 1 and 2 of session plan #1 above are understood to apply to each normal session plan that you do]
  1. Follow the basic procedure as above, but pick up where you left off in your last session.
  2. Do the procedure per session plan #1, but start at a color you have chosen. Maybe you just feel like you need this one, or you looked over the list of color characteristics, and want to start at this point. When done with the first color, continue with the next default color as usual.
  3. Continue on with the other colors until you feel done with the session.

Example session plan #4

[Points 1 and 2 of session plan #1 above are understood to apply to each normal session plan that you do]
  1. Run through the listed colors in sequence, doing Rub & Yawn as usual, 3-5 times through each set of three before going on to the next color. Make a written list of any colors you feel you need to do more of.
  2. Choose a color from the list you just made, and work on it until you feel done with it. Then go to the next color you want to work on.
  3. Continue on like this until you feel done with the session.

Example session plan #5

[Points 1 and 2 of session plan #1 above are understood to apply to each normal session plan that you do]
  1. Run through the listed colors in sequence, doing Rub & Yawn as usual, 3-5 times through each set of three before going on to the next color. Make a written list of any colors you feel you need to do more of.
  2. Run through the colors in the list you just made, 3-5 times through each set of three before going on to the next color. When you get to the end of your list, start in again at the beginning of it. Drop out any colors, i.e. cross them off the list, as you feel done with them.
  3. Continue on like this until you feel done with the session.

Example session plan #6

[Points 1 and 2 of session plan #1 above are understood to apply to each normal session plan that you do]
  1. Follow the instructions in the troubleshooting section. Do the out-of-session steps first; then if needed the first type of session; then if needed the second type of session.
