Wording

This wording has been added to make the PaulsRobot procedure run smoothly.

Original use

The Clean Slate procedure was originally developed to help students assimilate what they were studying. Apart from needing to clear up terms that were not familiar, sometimes things from their past would get triggered by what they were studying and this would take their attention off what they were reading.

More general use

It can still be used for that purpose. But it can also be used more widely — for example, if someone freaks out at the sight of a gun or a needle they can use that object as their "topic." Basically, anything that triggers a reaction or that one wants to explore a bit could be run through the Clean Slate steps. There is no guarantee that this procedure will handle anything it is used on, but at least it is somewhere to start.

Rub & Yawn

Where does Rub & Yawn fit in? Since this is PaulsRobot, it may play a significant part. But its use is at the discretion of the user, with it only being demanded if one starts "shutting down" (going to sleep) and hits the appropriate link.
