Wording

The original ACW wording is, "From where could a spiritual being experience (named unpleasant sensation)?" The question has been changed to "From where could one . . ." to make it more generally accessible, although you are welcome to run the "spiritual being" version if you prefer.

ACW notes

Repeat over and over until the person has a rise in mood level, an increase in certainty, a realization (or Aha!), regained abilities, a big win, and huge quantities of recovered life-force particles.
