Move to incidents

This means sort of spread your attention over the whole series of incidents. Some aspect or aspects of the whole series will grab your attention more than the rest — don't expect to have it all evenly spread throughout.

When your attention is well on that series of incidents:

say aloud Yes or equivalent,
note it on your worksheet,
and click the appropriate link.
