Notes:

Simultaneous address?

Is it necessary to try to spot simultaneously a moment before each incident — or at least, before the dominant incident(s) — as opposed to one single moment before the start of the whole series? It's up to you. Be aware that it may or may not be better to do so. Try it and see.

Spot a moment before the incidents

This is intended to be a very simple procedure and there is no need to get into any complexity. When you have done so, say aloud "Yes" or equivalent, and click the appropriate link.

When to stop running Before/After

Run this until there is no more change. Ideally, run this until a release point, with the incidents freeing up a bit. But if there is no release on running the Before/After commands many times, that's OK.

Extra window open

This Before/After process here is being run in an extra window. Keep it open while running the process. When the Before/After process is flat,
  1. close the extra window, and
  2. continue on with the Next part of the procedure.

Rub & Yawn when needed as usual
