Notes:

Rizzo/Mega

Lifelists are used by two modules at PaulsRobot, Rizzo and Mega. They each provide various ways to address the topics stirred up by the Lifelist questions. However, they are not interchangeable.

Rizzo

This is almost entry-level, and requires a minimum of prior experience with PaulsRobot. However, it does require some familiarity, and having progressed to the point of being able to do Phase 3 work.

Mega

This is for experts only, as it accessess all eleven modules at PaulsRobot that could conceivably be of use in Lifelist Phase 3 work.

Audio dumps

Audio dumps need to be done for each Lifelist that will be used. It is unwieldy to do them all just in case one may be needed later on in the session, so each Lifelist should be "dumped" before starting in on it. Just click the links in the Response Options.

This is a Phase 3 activity

Don't start on this list if you're not up to Phase 3 work at PaulsRobot.

Purpose of the list

The point of the list is bring relief to the user. It does this by broadly suggesting areas where charged topics might be found, and then leading into procedures that release the encysted sensations and emotions. The idea is to strike a happy medium as shown below. The list would ideally contain the most fruitful areas for individual charged topics to lie, and by gradually working through the list and discharging what gets brought to view, an individual can get a great deal of relief.

Too broad a view

A question like "stress in the Army?" will probably miss, as the guy has already discharged as much as a general look will achieve.

Too narrow a view

On the other hand, a question like, "Did an Irish lieutenant kick you in the nuts?" is also likely to miss as being too specific.

Just right

But a question like "someone got killed?" or "substance abuse?" might well trigger a charged topic and bring it to mind, at which point it can be explored and discharged.

Adding in Rub & Yawn is strongly recommended
