Notes:

Change viewpoints

This is the general command. You can view your topic from a different angle by adopting the viewpoint of:
  1. another person,
  2. a group of people (includes grouping by physical location, by type, or by any other factor),
  3. some spiritual entity (like some intimate entity, God, your guardian angel, your long-dead grandmother, Einstein, whatever),
  4. some body part, whether yours or another's,
  5. an inanimate object like a chair or building or the moon,
  6. whatever else you want.

Which viewpoint to use?

Usually you would not just arbitrarily pick different viewpoints to use but would go with what seems right, what is sort of begging to be run.

How do I know I have done the command?

This command alternates with the Change back command, 1 2 1 2 1 etc. So view your topic from another viewpoint for a short time while you Rub & Yawn, then click the link saying you've done it and switch viewpoints back. Then view the topic from that same (other) viewpoint again for a short time while you Rub & Yawn, then back. Repeat until there is no more change, no more charge coming off.
