Spiritual

Spiritual aspects would include anything you think should be included under this heading that has not already been covered. Examples might be:

other people that seem to be related to your topic even though they were not obviously present at the time
spiritual beings of any kind
guardian angels
even persons who are deceased.

Go with what seems to come up.

Cosmic

Cosmic factors would include all-inclusive and far-reaching ones like a Supreme Being, Creator, the All-That-Is, or some similar "thing". Go with whatever seems to come up.

Background

The reason for this option is that such factors sometimes play a part and can prevent a full exploration of your topic if not considered. This angle allows you to look in the area and see if such factors apply and work with them if they do.

Add to elements/characters

After you've run through the scene, especially with the focus on different aspects, new things often come to view that you didn't think of before. That's fine. If they seem important, just create something appropriate and add it to the stage. Remember to add the labels so you don't forget what the things are if it is not obvious.
