AUDIO: "Thank you. Recall knowing."

Response Options:

• I recalled knowing and said aloud what it is

• This final part of the process seems to be flat. Back to main options

• Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

Write on Report:

The name of the process command if you haven't already done so
That you have cleared the meaning of the process
Note when you have dug in and stirred up any charge
The time at the start of the process
Make a mark for every time you execute the command
Write any comments if you wish.
For example:

Notes:

This process

Knowing something is accurate intuition or full understanding equivalent to thorough permeation. It is a very high-level action, even if somewhat automatic and not under one's conscious control. Remembering who won the match last week is not the same as (accurately!) knowing who is about to telephone you.

We're looking for specific instances when you or someone else experienced the item, not some theoretical abstract concept of the item.
