AUDIO: "All right. Recall not-knowing*."

Response Options:

I recalled not-knowing and said aloud what it is

This part of the process seems to be flat

Write on Report:

The name of the process command if you haven't already done so
That you have cleared the meaning of the process
Note when you have dug in and stirred up any charge
The time at the start of the process
Make a mark for every time you execute the command
Write any comments if you wish.

Notes:

This process

*Not-knowing something is not the same as being unaware of it. It is a high-level action, even if somewhat automatic. It is just below knowing, which is accurate intuition or full understanding. An example of not-knowing something would be to intuit it, then immediately to not-is it, to deny it, to say it isn't.

We're looking for specific instances when you or someone else experienced the item, not some theoretical abstract concept of the item.
