Write on Report:

The name of the process command if you haven't already done so
That you have cleared the meaning of the process
Note when you have dug in and stirred up any charge
The time at the start of the process
Make a mark for every time you execute the command
Write any comments if you wish.
For example:

PAB 54 Comm Process

Don't just say "yes." Say (aloud!) some details of the thought that just occurred to you.
*Hubbard says run this process until all communication lag is flat and the person knows that he himself is thinking the thought and it is not being handed to him by some mental machinery.
PAB means Professional Auditor's Bulletin.
