Notes:

PAB 54 Comm Process (Part 3)

  • "Another" includes specific people you know that you might be having difficulties with, not just the ones you are on very friendly terms with. Do consider allowing thoughts from maybe your mother, your father, your spouse or partner, your boss, your co-workers, children, other friends and relatives, authorities, and so on.
  • Don't just say "yes." Say (aloud!) some details of the thought that just occurred to you.
  • "Another" and "others" should include all the people you know. Let's say that one of the people there is some charge on communicating with is Uncle Harry. When a command talks about communicating with "another," that "another" includes Uncle Harry. If he had not been stirred up before starting running the process, Uncle Harry might not have come to mind and you would have missed the opportunity to get off that charge at this point.
