#8. Locational Body Comm Process

  • Whatever body part you tend to complain about the most you plug into this process, whether it is a back, head, shoulders, bowels, a neck or whatever. A lot of people have neck problems, back problems, headaches, etc. Women may have regular menstrual pains.
  • Pick what seems to be the most charged area (body part), and run it with all four flows. Then pick another charged area and run it with all four flows. And so on until it seems that you've run out of charged areas.
  • Remember to mark it on your worksheet.
