Note when you have dug in and stirred up any charge
Make a mark for every time you execute the command (maybe T=topic, d=details)
Write brief comments as needed

Use a gradient approach

Let's say you could never imagine talking with your boss about your pay. Well, what could you talk to him about? The weather? Sports? Clothes? Find topics that are easy to begin with, and gradually get into the frame of mind of saying the harder stuff. Remember, the idea is to work towards talking to anyone about anything, not to get through the process as quickly as possible so you can say you've "done it." Spend an hour now saying aloud to a mental picture of your boss things you would like to say to him, and it just might end up happening that you do actually get to say those things in real life.

Talk!

The idea of Grade 0 is to talk, so feel free to give long answers and not three-word ones, as long as you are interested in them.

"Another" is a real person

Keep it real, with people you know, people you are likely to interact with. Your family, friends, co-workers are all "another"s.
