Notes:

That's it for the Int-Ext-Stay by Groups Rundown, assuming you followed the instructions. It is the final of four rundowns addressing Int or Int/Ext/Stay.

Great! All handled!

If it seems to have fixed whatever your problem is regarding Int/Ext/Stay, then great! Done deal.

Hmmm

If it didn't fix it, here are some suggestions. If you didn't use Rub & Yawn, it is *strongly* suggested that you make use of Rub & Yawn in addressing Int and related issues. It is assumed that you have been following the regular instructions about getting enough food and sleep, not being under the influence of drugs and alcohol, having enough time for sessions in an undisturbed environment, etc.

Recommendation:

The recommendation at this point, if you feel there is more to handle regarding Int/Ext/Stay, is that you end the session and then, when you next have a session (preferably soon):
  1. Clean up all your past sessions on Int and Int/Ext/Stay (including the PaulsRobot sessions) by using Rub & Yawn, maybe on the topic My Int/Ext/Stay handlings, and
  2. Try some other module that isn't specifically targetted at Int or Int/Ext/Stay. The four general modules that can be used to address almost any topic are Core, HeavyDuty, Morph and BasicR3X.
