Follow the instruction, but don't spend too long on it. Do screens 1, 2, and 3 of each color.

Flatten a color if it is discharging well, and going on to the next color stops the discharge.

How many colors in a session?

Is it better to:
  • Cycle through all the colors here in one session?
  • Or to just work over a small number of colors in one session?
Try it both ways and decide for yourself.

Adding in Rub & Yawn is recommended
