There is another way of dealing with bad actions and withheld communications, but it is not being used as the default in this LovedOne module (if you really really insist on the other method, choose the Mega > Ruds option). While doing the usual procedure this time, in addition to working over the bad deed(s) and the times you withheld communicating about them, it might be a good idea to look at times when you were reminded of the deed by another or others - with you maybe wondering if those others knew or not.

And even reminders about the bad deeds or things not said when you *knew* they didn't know. Like you're walking along the street and see a policeman and immediately think of the bad deed you did, even though you know the policeman couldn't possibly know about it.

If some issue springs to mind as soon as you thought of the idea of there maybe being one, then it should be addressed here. Even if you have addressed the same issue before with some procedure or other. Write down the details briefly on your worksheet.
