Notes:

Disappointment?

If some disappointment springs to mind as soon as you thought of the idea of there maybe being one, then it should be addressed here. Even if you have addressed the same disappointment before with some procedure or other. Write down the details briefly on your worksheet.

When you click the "Yes" link, you will be taken to a page that will allow you to address the disappointment from as many different angles as needed to fully discharge any stress related to it. Your disappointment will be referred to as "your topic."

Types

This Part 2c Disappointments section includes all disappointments involving your loved one that you might have attention on. This may be:
  • a disappointment you have with your loved one
  • a disappointment your loved one had with you
  • a disappointment you observed between your loved one and another
  • even a disappointment you or another has concerning your loved one.
For example, a friend breaking a promise to come to the funeral service would come under this category if you still had some attention on it.

Contact

Although these are not contact procedures as such, if it seems that genuine communication with your loved one has been established, there is no need to continue with these procedures as the end point will have been reached. Continue or end the session as you wish.
