Higher Sense Perception

The usual Higher Sense Perception (HSP) senses are:

visual, in which one "sees" something, maybe in the mind's eye, or like a picture,
auditory, where one will "hear" something, and
kinesthetic, where one will sort of connect to something and get a kind of physical feeling of it.

4HSP

"4HSP" refers to each of these 3 (see, hear, kine) individually, and the 4th is any of these 3 at your choice.

How to do the command

Is something attracting your attention?

One possibility is to see where your attention is getting pulled. Maybe you will notice something that seems like it could be a sight or sound or impression that has been perceived using HSP.

Notice anything odd when you look over an area?

If the above method doesn't bear fruit, try selecting a level and scanning through what you can perceive, and spot anything that raises a flag. Maybe you are scanning your body and notice a strange screeching coming from an organ that just happens to not be doing so well, for example. Or you spot an unhealthy red color inside a leg that has been paining you. Or maybe you are scanning what might be your astral body and notice a sort of slimy green blob in your chest area that seems to be connected to a certain person you are envious of.

How do you know when you have completed the command?

If the command is, With your hand, touch that wall, it is simple to tell when the command has been executed: has one touched the wall or not? But when dealing with these much finer perceptions and realms it is not so easy, as the certainty factor will be much lower. In this module we will go with, Have had a sincere try at it and believe it could have happened, although there is no guarantee.
