Notes:List1 only addresses auditing troublesDon't try to use List1 for other types of upset as it won't work. Use a different module.Method 3 for regular useMethod 3 assessment (line by line from the top, taking up each one that "bites" and handling that line fully before continuing on to the next line) is the usual way of handling this listMethod 5 for severe upsetsMethod 5 assessment involves looking over the whole list and taking up what seems to be the hottest item, and handling that line to a done. Then repeat and look over the whole list and take up the now-hottest item, and so on. Progress to Method 3 when the upset has cooled off enough to do so.*SUDS scaleSUDS = Subjective Units of DistressThis scale is a standard 0-10 scale. It is very useful to be familiar with this scale as a stable reference point, rather than just pulling a number out of thin air. The "thin air" method tends to give figures that are not consistent. SUSHI scaleOn the same page as the SUDS scale is the SUSHI (Subjective Units of Session Harmony and Insight) scale. This is a Plus scale as opposed to the SUDS Minus scale. It is assumed that one would not be addressing a positive/plus topic with this List1 module as it is not at all suited to it. |
