Write on Report:

F0 scan -->

If hung up in an incident:
Hung: bfgr njpou.... > (Describe incident briefly)

Notes:

Scan until hang-up in a sticky incident

Scan through the incidents in the correct time period where you experienced stress. It often happens that you will hang up in one or more of the incidents — your attention will stick in it — and you will need to address it more closely as soon as you notice the hang-up.

Click the appropriate link

If the whole flow for that time period and item is flat, then we will be ending off the session.

If you have lots of session time left, want to do more immediately and your session plan allows it, simply start another session afterwards.

Note the flow carefully!

Keep a careful written note of which flow you are running, because you will probably need to select it later from a choice of four.

Heading change

When you stick on an incident while scanning and click on the appropriate link to address that one incident, the page headings will change from 4-Flows to R3R. When you have flattened that incident using the R3R pages, one of the links offered will say 4-Flows. On the page after that one you will have to select the correct flow in order to continue on from where you were before.
