Notes:

What happened?

Initially you would recount the event aloud, with special attention on any charged parts that you feel you need to talk about. Make notes in your worksheets as appropriate.

Subsequent times through

If this is another time through, there is no need to repeat saying aloud or writing down the same text as before. But you can if you feel a need to. Put the main emphasis on new things that have come to view.

Before/After process

If the data is too scant, or occluded, you can run the Before/After process, which should help. Click on the link.

Responsibility process

If you find it useful, you can run the Responsibility process:
  1. What part of that (incident / series of incidents / topic) could you be responsible for?
  2. What part of that would you rather not be responsible for?
  3. Repeat 1, 2, 1, 2, 1 etc.

Alternate Confront process

If you find it useful, you can run the Alternate Confront process:
  1. What part of that (incident / series of incidents / topic) could you confront?
  2. What part of that would you rather not confront?
  3. Repeat 1, 2, 1, 2, 1 etc.
