Comm Lines: Thru / (The / representing a check mark to show you did it)

Notes:

Shock moment

A shock moment is a relatively brief period of intense emotional reaction to the realization that one has been overwhelmed in some way. Just before it starts one would be feeling relatively normal and like oneself.

The shock moment is considered to be over when one begins to function somewhat normally again, even though the adverse incident will still be ongoing.

Run Shock command

Run through it with special attention to the Shock moments. When you have done so, say aloud Yes or equivalent, and click the appropriate link.

Repeat until flat

If you have already run through it once with this Comm Lines command and also 6-dir, repeat the run-through and the 6-dir again until it's flat. When it's flat, go on to the next SAP command.

Shutting down

If you start shutting down, click on Shutting down at once.
