Notes:Shock momentA shock moment is a relatively brief period of intense emotional reaction to the realization that one has been overwhelmed in some way. Just before it starts one would be feeling relatively normal andlike oneself. The shock moment is considered to be over when one begins to function somewhat normally again, even though the adverse incident will still be ongoing. Run Shock commandRun through it with special attention to theShock moments. When you have done so, say aloud Yesor equivalent, and click the appropriate link. Repeat until flatIf you have already run through it once with thisComm Linescommand and also 6-dir, repeat the run-through and the 6-dir again until it's flat.
