BasicR3X: SAP — Thought

AUDIO: "OK. Move to the beginning of the incident or series of incidents. With particular attention to any thoughts, fixed ideas, decisions, postulates*, implanted** commands, beliefs and agreements, move through to the end of the incident or series of incidents."

Response Options:

• I moved through the incident, paying special attention to these Thought items

• I moved through the incidents, paying special attention to these Thought items

• It's flat. On to Communication lines command

• Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

Write on Report:

Thought: Thru / (The / representing a check mark to show you did it)

Notes:

Postulate/implant

*postulate = a kind of causative thinking, a decision, like "I WILL be home by 6 pm tonight, come what may."

**implant = an overwhelming installing of some command, like yelling at a sick child over and over so much that the command sticks unseen in the subconscious.

Run Thought command

Run through it with special attention to the Thought items listed. When you have done so, say aloud Yes or equivalent, and click the appropriate link.

Repeat until flat

If you have already run through it once with this Thought command and also 6-dir, repeat the run-through and the 6-dir again until it's flat. When it's flat, go on to the next SAP command.

Shutting down

If you start shutting down, click on Shutting down at once.
