Response Options:

• I spotted a moment before the incident

• Extra window open • Flat on Before/After — Close extra window and continue on with the Next option

• Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

B/ A/ B/ etc. (Plus any comments you wish to make)

Spot a moment after the incident

This is intended to be a very simple procedure and there is no need to get into any complexity. When you have done so, say aloud Yes or equivalent, and click the appropriate link.

When to stop running Before/After

Run this until there is no more change. Ideally, run this until a release point, with the incident freeing up a bit. But if there is no release on running the Before/After commands many times, that's OK.

Extra window open

This Before/After process here is being run in an extra window. Keep it open while running the process. When the Before/After process is flat,

close the extra window, and
continue on with the Next part of the procedure.
