Notes:

Focus on factors in your topic that seem to be not there although they should be. Like aspects of your topic that are suppressed or occluded; parts that might be hidden behind black or invisible screens; parts that have been overwhelming to you. Put these not-there parts of your topic above you. If you can't think of any not-there bits, just pretend there are parts that fit the description and go with that and see how it works out.

If you start shutting down, click on Shutting Down at once.

If nothing much is happening, i.e. there is no immediate discharge of harmful energy as shown by a sigh or yawn etc., then change around the not-there parts of your topic while continuing to stretch or rub vigorously and put them above you.

Make the various not-there parts larger or smaller; or make copies of them; or add in bits that should be there.

If there ends up being no discharge after a few directions (above, below, right etc.) despite at least a minute per direction and changing things around as above, click the no discharge link to go on to the next step.
