SUDS score ___/10

Notes:

What?

Just give this topic a short descriptive name, so you will be able to remember it from your notes afterwards. Don't get into all the details of it yet.

*SUDS scale

SUDS = Subjective Units of Distress

This scale is a standard 0-10 scale. It is very useful to be familiar with this scale as a stable reference point, rather than just pulling a number out of thin air. The "thin air" method tends to give figures that are not consistent.

SUSHI scale

On the same page as the SUDS scale is the SUSHI (Subjective Units of Session Harmony and Insight) scale. This is a Plus scale as opposed to the SUDS Minus scale. It is assumed that one would not be addressing a positive/plus topic with this Mega module as it is not at all suited to it.

Adding in Rub & Yawn is strongly recommended
