MOTION

Nvbmzx + Y - y + - + - + (The name of the Motion variation you are using, like "Internal/Faster" or "External/Away-6-dir." Mark a stroke or something for every time you execute the command, or command pair. Mark yawns as usual.)

Notes:

Avalanche 6 directions

Avalanche means many, many copies, moving one after the other. 6 directions is used to represent up, down, right, left, front and back. But here it really means as many directions as you are comfortable with. So it could be two, or it could be twenty, or it could be hundreds in a 360-degree solid sphere.

In from 6-dir

Use the opposite directions here, having it come right back at you from the many directions you moved it away to.

Flat?

Rub & Yawn as usual. If there is no change after doing both commands of a pair fairly thoroughly, drop it and pick another pair.
