PAIN

Lpqwwn + Y - y + - + - + (The name of the Pain variation you are using, like "More/less pain" or "Throbbing." Mark a stroke or something for every time you execute the command, or command pair. Mark yawns as usual.)

Lorzm mijkq pge... (Any comments)

Notes:

Pain

Pain here means memories of physical pain, not current physical pain and not mental or emotional anguish which would be better addressed using other aspects.

Change pains

You can change pains by:
  • the type of pain (dull, sharp, throbbing etc.)
  • the time it starts, and duration
  • the intensity
  • the location (including outside the body)
  • swapping one pain for a totally different pain
  • switching pains between people, so Jack has Jill's pain and vice versa
  • or in other ways.

Back the way it was

The idea is to recreate the pains as they were before you changed them. It's OK if it's not perfect. Just do the best you can.

General idea

The general idea of Morph is for you to change many, many aspects of your topic. To the extent that you can change it at will, to that extent it will lose whatever power it has over you.

Run Null after pair is flat

After flattening a pair of opposites click on and run the null command as needed before taking up another pair.

Flat?

Rub & Yawn as usual. If there is no change after doing both commands of a pair fairly thoroughly, drop it and pick another pair.
