TRANSFORM

Lpqwwn + Y - y + - + - + (The name of the Transform variation you are using, like "Rotate" or "Spin." Mark a stroke or something for every transform you execute the command, or command pair. Mark yawns as usual.)

Notes:

Inside out/rightway to

Interpret inside out as you wish. Rightway to is a coined expression meaning the opposite of inside out, or back to normal.

More/less solid

More solid means heavier, chunkier, more there. For less solid, you don't have to return your topic to how it was although you can if you wish.

Rotate

This could mean rotation about one of the usual mutually-perpendicular axes, like when you point with your index finger and your thumb is at right angles to it and you can stick out your middle finger to be at right angles to both of them. How much you rotate parts of or your whole topic is up to you.

Rotating about a vertical axis would be like you are standing up facing north, then turn around to face south. A continuous rotation is covered by the spin variation here.

Reflect

Reflect as in mirror image, however you want to hold the (large) mirror. How much you reflect parts of or your whole topic is up to you.

Spin/spin back

Spin means keep doing it, round and round. You can spin around any axis you wish. Spinning it back means spinning it in the reverse direction or manner, not necessarily ending up where you started.

Back the way it was

The idea is to recreate your topic as it was before you changed it. It's OK if it's not perfect. Just do the best you can.

General idea

The general idea of Morph is for you to change many, many aspects of your topic. To the extent that you can change it at will, to that extent it will lose whatever power it has over you.

Flat?

Rub & Yawn as usual. If there is no change after doing both commands of a pair fairly thoroughly, drop it and pick another pair.

Run Null after pair is flat

After flattening a pair of opposites click on and run the null command as needed before taking up another pair.
