Notes:*SUDS scaleSUDS = Subjective Units of DistressThis scale is a standard 0-10 scale. It is very useful to be familiar with this scale as a stable reference point, rather than just pulling a number out of thin air. The "thin air" method tends to give figures that are not consistent. SUSHI scaleOn the same page as the SUDS scale is the SUSHI (Subjective Units of Session Harmony and Insight) scale. This is a Plus scale as opposed to the SUDS Minus scale. It is assumed that one would not be addressing a positive/plus topic with this RAWRogers module as it is not at all suited to it.ReadyAs it says, this means:
RAW/RogersStart with R & WReach & Withdraw is the lightest possible approach to a topic. It's easy to try it out to see if you find it helpful.Start with RogersIf you can approach your topic (mentally) enough to talk about its details to some extent, then you might find the Rogers procedure useful. |
