__:__ (The time, if not already noted)

SUDS score ___/10

Topic: Nhyyge qqnmd jdjhl jhfdjkhn fhkd kpik.

Notes:

*SUDS scale

SUDS = Subjective Units of Distress

This scale is a standard 0-10 scale. It is very useful to be familiar with this scale as a stable reference point, rather than just pulling a number out of thin air. The "thin air" method tends to give figures that are not consistent.

SUSHI scale

On the same page as the SUDS scale is the SUSHI (Subjective Units of Session Harmony and Insight) scale. This is a Plus scale as opposed to the SUDS Minus scale. It is assumed that one would not be addressing a positive/plus topic with this Rog module as it is not at all suited to it.

Ready

As it says, this means:
  • you have got a hot topic to work on this session,
  • you have written down a descriptive name for the topic (like "abusive childhood" or "fight with the boss over promotion last month" or whatever),
  • you have figured out a right-this-minute SUDS score for this topic in line with the guideline at the link here, and
  • you have written that down too on your report.
