Go over the same incident again, trying to re-experience if you can the particular perception that goes with this line.

Get the concept if you can't re-experience it

Some perceptions may be harder than others, especially at first. If you can't re-experience the actual perception from the time of the incident, at least try and get some concept of what it might have been.

Use one perception per line

The ten perceptions listed are run through alternately, one per question. They are not assigned to specific questions as such. You just go with whatever the next one happens to be.

Use all ten perceptions

Use all ten perceptions as they come up. Don't skip ones that are hard to do. They will get easier as you work at it. Practice makes perfect and all that.
