The name of the process command if you haven't already done so
That you have cleared the meaning of the process
Note when you have dug in and stirred up any charge
The time at the start of the process
Make a mark for every time you execute the command
Write any comments if you wish.

This process

Knowing about something is a high-scale action, above looking, even if somewhat automatic. It is when you look at something and have an accurate general "gut perception" about it.

We're looking for specific instances when you or someone else experienced the item, not some theoretical abstract concept of the item.
