Notes:

Expanded CDEI Comm Process

Don't start right now on this screen, but the idea is to run that one item/terminal in the entire sequence of processes.

The entire list totals 44 commands (11 parts, 4 flows each). Now, there are two extremes on how to go about this:

  • One is to spend five minutes carefully working over what one flow of one command means, in general terms and how it applies to your own life, and look for examples in your own life. This will churn up any charge that is there. You then run that one flow, and discharge what you can. Then you spend five minutes carefully going through the next flow in the same way, then run that (if it's charged). And so on for each of the 44 commands.
  • The other extreme is to skim rapidly over the commands, going so lightly that nothing at all gets churned up and you decide that "there is nothing there" at all. It takes hardly any time, but you get no charge off at all.

The first way is great as long as you are getting a good "hit rate." If you find too many times that you have invested five minutes in digging around but finding nothing, it gets exasperating and after a while you'll find yourself unwilling to continue like that.

So somehow you have to strike a balance between the two, digging in enough to find and churn up what charge is available, but not so much that it wastes too much time.
